HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 41 - SECT 69

(1) Section 26S(2)—

insert—

'outdoor area means an area that is not an enclosed place.'.

(2) Section 26S(2)—

renumber as section 26S(3).

(3) Section 26S(1)—

omit, insert—

'(1) This section applies in relation to each public entrance from an outdoor area to an enclosed place at licensed premises.

'(2) The licensee of the licensed premises must display a no smoking sign at the entrance as prescribed under a regulation.

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.'.
