(1) Section 26ZS, heading, 'food or toys'—

omit, insert—

'objects'.

(2) Section 26ZS(1)—

omit, insert—

'(1) A person must not, as part of a business activity, supply to a person an object, other than a tobacco product, that resembles a tobacco product.

Maximum penalty—140 penalty units.'.
