Section 50D, definition health professional—

omit, insert—

'health professional means a person registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law to practise, other than as a student, in any of the following—

(a) the medical profession;

(b) the medical radiation practice profession;

(c) the nursing and midwifery profession;

(d) the occupational therapy profession;

(e) the pharmacy profession;

(f) the physiotherapy profession;

(g) the psychology profession.'.
