HEALTH PRACTITIONERS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2005 No. 59 - SECT 5

5 Amendment of s 13 (Powers of executive officer)

(1) Section 13(3)--

renumber as section 13(4).

(2) Section 13--

insert--

'(3) The executive officer may exercise a power delegated to the executive officer under the Medical Practitioners Registration Act 2001, section 135.1'.
