92 Other reports
(1) The commissioner may prepare a report about a matter relevant to the
performance of the commission’s or the commissioner’s functions under this
Act.
(2) The commissioner must, if asked by the Attorney-General, prepare a
report about a matter mentioned in subsection (1) .
(3) The commissioner
must give a report prepared under subsection (2) to the Attorney-General as
soon as practicable after it is prepared.
(4) A report prepared under this
section must not include personal information about an individual unless the
information has previously been published, or given for the purpose of
publication, by the individual.
