HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW AMENDMENT ACT 2013 No. 4 - SECT 40

40 Regulator's power to exempt category of heavy vehicles from requirement to be registered

(1) The Regulator may, by Commonwealth Gazette notice complying with section 44, exempt a category of heavy vehicles from the requirement to be registered, for a period of not more than 1 year.

(2) An exemption under subsection (1) is a registration exemption.
