HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW AMENDMENT ACT 2013 No. 4 - SECT 657

(1) The Regulator—

(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

(b) has a common seal; and

(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(2) The Regulator represents the State.
