JUSTICE AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2007 No. 37 - SECT 105
105 Amendment of s 11 (Pension and leave of absence arrangements for presiding members)
Section 11--
insert--
'(3) However, for the purpose of applying section 15
of the Judges Pensions Act for leave of absence for presiding members, the
prescribed authority is the Governor in Council.'.
