JUSTICE AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2007 No. 37 - SECT 110

110 Amendment of s 7 (Removal and vacation of office)

(1) Section 7(1)(e)--

omit, insert--

'(e) the member resigns from office by signed notice of resignation given to the Governor.'.

(2) Section 7(1)(d) and (e)--

renumber as section 7(1)(c) and (d).

(3) Section 7(3)--

renumber as section 7(2).
