JUSTICE AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2007 No. 37 - SECT 23
23 Amendment of s 25 (Marriages that are registrable)
Section 25--
insert--
'(4) The registrar may require a person giving a
marriage certificate under subsection (2)(a) to also give it electronically,
if it is reasonably practicable for the person to do so.'.
