(1) Section 141(2), after 'tribunal'--

insert--

'or the president'.

(2) Section 141(3)--

insert--

'information includes--

(a) matter contained in a document filed with, or received by, the tribunal; and

(b) the tribunal's decision or reasons for a decision.'.
