JUSTICE AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2007 No. 37 - SECT 41
41 Amendment of s 209 (Automatic cancellation of order by further imprisonment)
Section 209(3)(b)--
insert--
'(iii) is wholly suspended because of an order,
under the Drug Court Act 2000, section 20(1)(a), contained in an intensive
drug rehabilitation order.'.
