59 Amendment of s 16A (Assessment report)

(1) Section 16A(1), 'by a magistrate'--

omit, insert--

'under section 16(3) by a referring magistrate'.

(2) Section 16A(2), 'under section 16(3) by the magistrate'--

omit, insert--

'by the referring magistrate'.
