JUSTICE AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2008 No. 59 - SECT 42
42 Amendment of s 40 (When a clerk of the court is registrar, the clerk's successor or deputy shall be registrar)
Section 40(2)--
omit, insert--
'(2) However, subsection (1) does not limit
the chief executive's power under section 36A.'.
