JUSTICE AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2008 No. 59 - SECT 69

(1) Section 133(1), from 'the justices--'--

omit, insert--

'the justices may adjourn the hearing--

(a) to the place where the offence is alleged to have been committed; or

(b) to a place where any of the witnesses to be examined are; or

(c) to a place convenient to a place mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).'.

(2) Section 133(1A)--

omit.

(3) Section 133(3) and (4), from 'statement' to 'witness'--

omit, insert--

'statement and undertaking as to bail taken and'.
