JUSTICE AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 No. 42 - SECT 139

139 Amendment of s 25 (Prohibition on representing or advertising entitlement to engage in legal practice when not entitled)

(1) Section 25(4)--

renumber as section 25(5).

(2) Section 25--

insert--

'(4) Also, subsection (1) does not apply to a representation or advertisement about a person being entitled to engage in legal practice as mentioned in section 24(3).'.
