JUSTICE AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 No. 42 - SECT 155

155 Amendment of s 2 (Definitions)

(1) Section 2, definitions approval, case appraiser and mediator--

omit.

(2) Section 2--

insert--

'case appraiser means a person appointed as a case appraiser under a referring order.

mediator means a person appointed as a mediator under a referring order.'.
