42 Amendment of sch 4 (Dictionary)

(1) Schedule 4--

insert--

'curfew means a requirement to remain at a stated place for stated periods.'.

(2) Schedule 4, definition community visitor, after 'People'--

insert--

'and Child Guardian'.
