JUSTICE (FAIR TRADING) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2008 No. 69 - SECT 41
41 Amendment of s 21 (Steps involved in obtaining a licence)
Section 21(2)(b)--
omit, insert--
'(b) paying--
(i) the fees prescribed
under a regulation; and
(ii) if, before or when the application is made, a
criminal history costs requirement is made of the applicant--the amount of the
costs required to be paid; and'.
