JUSTICE (FAIR TRADING) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2008 No. 69 - SECT 69

(1) Section 24(2), from 'criminal' to 'person'--

omit, insert--

'report about the criminal history of the person'.

(2) Section 24--

insert--

'(4) If the criminal history of the person includes a conviction recorded against the person, the report must be written.'.
