LAND AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2007 No. 19 - SECT 141

141 Amendment of s 290F (Plan of subdivision may be registered)

(1) Section 290F(2)--

omit, insert--

'(2) The plan takes effect immediately it is registered.

Example--
A lot defined in the plan is created as a lot when the plan is registered.'.

(2) Section 290F(5), after 'section 360'--

insert--

'or 360A'.

(3) Section 290F--

insert--

'(6) This section applies subject to section 290FA.'.
