LAND AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2007 No. 19 - SECT 24

24 Amendment of s 33 (Revocation of reserves)

(1) Section 33(1), ', by gazette' to 'revoke'--

omit, insert--

'may revoke the dedication of'.

(2) Section 33(2), (3) and (4)--

omit, insert--

'(2) The Minister may revoke the dedication of all or part of a reserve without receiving an application under section 34.'.
