Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This chapter contains provisions about--
(a) persons who are elected or appointed to perform responsibilities under this Act; and
(b) bodies that are created to perform responsibilities under this Act.
(2) For example, this chapter contains provisions about--
(a) qualifications for election or appointment; and
(b) acting appointments; and
(c) conditions of appointment; and
(d) ending appointments.
