LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2009 No. 17 - SECT 269

269 Information for the Minister

(1) The Minister may, by written notice, require a local government to give the Minister information about--

(a) the local government area; or
(b) the local government.

(2) The local government must comply with the notice.
