(1) Section 199(2)(a) to (c)—

omit, insert—

'(a) a contractor of the local government; and

(b) a type of person prescribed under a regulation.'.

(2) Section 199(3), penalty—

omit, insert—

'Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.'.
