(1) Section 63(1) and (3), 'Planning and Environment Court'—

omit, insert—

'Land Court'.

(2) Section 63(3)—

renumber as section 63(4).

(3) Section 63—

insert—

'(3) However, the Land Court may extend the period if satisfied in all the circumstances that it is reasonable to do so.'.
