LOCAL GOVERNMENT (COMMUNITY GOVERNMENT AREAS) ACT 2004 No. 37 - SECT 11

(1) The Local Government Act 1993 applies to a community government area and the community government for the area, subject to section 32 and part 8, division 1.3

(2) Without limiting section 20, 4 the following provisions of the Local Government Act 1993 do not apply to a community government area or the community government for the area--
