LOCAL GOVERNMENT (COMMUNITY GOVERNMENT AREAS) ACT 2004 No. 37 - SECT 54
54 Keeping registers of interests--councillor and councillor's relatives
Despite the Local Government Act 1993, section 247(1), 32 a community
government's chief executive officer is not required to keep registers of
interests until 1 July 2005.
