LOCAL GOVERNMENT (COMMUNITY GOVERNMENT AREAS) ACT 2004 No. 37 - SECT 67

(1) Despite the Local Government Act 1993, section 1139(1), 45 a community government's mayor is not required to keep registers of interests until 1 July 2005.

(2) Despite the Local Government Act 1993, section 1139(2), a community government's chief executive officer is not required to keep registers of interests until 1 July 2005.
