(1) A regulation may declare a provision under this Act that relates to an incorporated legal practice to be a Corporations legislation displacement provision for the purposes of the Corporations Act, section 5G.27
(2) A regulation may declare a matter relating to an incorporated legal practice that is prohibited, required, authorised or permitted under this Act to be an excluded matter for the purposes of the Corporations Act, section 5F,28 in relation to--
(a) the whole of the Corporations legislation; or
(b) a stated provision of the Corporations legislation; or
(c) the Corporations legislation other than a stated provision; or
(d) the Corporations legislation other than to a stated extent.
(3) In this section--
matter includes act, omission, body, person or thing.
