Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The commissioner is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
(2) The commissioner holds office--
(a) on the conditions stated in this Act; and
(b) on other conditions decided by the Minister.
(3) In this section--
commissioner includes a person appointed to act as commissioner under section 587.
