LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 No. 24 - SECT 599

(1) The Legal Practice Tribunal established under the Legal Profession Act 2004, section 429, is continued in existence under this Act.

(2) The members of the tribunal are the Supreme Court judges.

(3) The Chief Justice is the chairperson of the tribunal.

(4) The tribunal is constituted by any 1 of its members.
