Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the chairperson, make rules for the practice and procedure of the tribunal (tribunal rules).
(2) The tribunal rules may make provision for the practice and procedure of the committee.
(3) The tribunal rules are subordinate legislation.
