Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A disciplinary body for a discipline application may decide whether or not a proceeding before it is to be recorded under the Recording of Evidence Act 1962.
(2) Subject to an order made under section 650 and the requirements of the Recording of Evidence Act 1962, anyone is entitled to obtain a copy of the record under that Act.
