Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A disciplinary body may issue directions in relation to a hearing before the disciplinary body.
(2) The disciplinary body may issue the directions--
(a) on the body's own initiative; or
(b) at the request of a party or a person granted leave to appear at the hearing; or
(c) at the request of another person who has a sufficient interest in--
(i) the hearing; or
(ii) another matter arising out of or relating to the hearing.
(3) Subsection (1) is subject to the tribunal rules, and directions under section 604.100
