Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The board has the functions provided for under this Act and the admission rules.
(2) The board has all the powers necessary or convenient for performing its functions.
(3) Fees payable to the board under section 42101 are not moneys payable to the Supreme Court Library Committee under the Supreme Court Library Act 1968, section 11.102
(4) The board is a statutory body for the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1977 and the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982.
