Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The relevant authority that appoints a health assessor to conduct all or part of a health assessment is liable for the cost of the assessment conducted by, and the report prepared by, the health assessor.
(2) However, if the report of the health assessor is adverse to a person, the relevant authority may ask the person, by written notice, to pay the authority the amount of the cost of the assessment.
(3) The amount requested is a debt to the regulatory authority.
