MINES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2009 No. 16 - SECT 2
2 Commencement
(1) Sections 15, 25 and 26(1) commence on 1 July 2010.
(2) The remaining
provisions of this Act, other than part 4, commence on a day to be fixed by
proclamation.
