MINES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2009 No. 16 - SECT 4
4 Amendment of s 6 (Objects of Act)
Section 6--
insert--
'(c) to provide a way of monitoring the effectiveness
and administration of provisions relating to safety and health under this Act
and other mining legislation.'.
