76 Amendment of s 176 (Definitions for div 4)

(1) Section 176 , definitions
"party" and
"prescribed arbitration institute" —
omit.

(2) Section 176 —
insert—

"co-existence dispute" see section 175(2).

"dispute" means—

(a) an overlap dispute; or

(b) a co-existence dispute.

"overlap dispute" see section 175(1).

"party" —

(a) for an overlap dispute—see section 175(1); or

(b) for a co-existence dispute—see section 175(2).
