Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A resource authority holder applies, or resource authority holders jointly apply, for arbitration of the dispute by asking a prescribed arbitration institute to nominate an arbitrator.
(2) The prescribed arbitration institute must nominate an arbitrator to decide the dispute.
