Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) An owner or occupier of land may enter into an agreement (a deferral agreement) with a resource authority holder that a conduct and compensation agreement can be entered into after entry to the land.
(2) A deferral agreement is invalid if is does not comply with the prescribed requirements for the agreement.
