Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if, under this part, the holder of a resource authority has the right to enter private land to carry out authorised activities for the resource authority.
(2) The right includes a right to enter the land to carry out rehabilitation or environmental management required of the holder under any relevant environmental requirement under the Environmental Protection Act.
