93 Amendment of s 205 (False or misleading documents)

(1) Section 205(1) and (2)(a), ', misleading or incomplete'--

omit insert--

'or misleading'.

(2) Section 205(3)--

omit, insert--

'(3) This section does not apply to a document given under section 202U to an official within the meaning of section 202N.'.
