114 Amendment of s 177 (Reduction of area of exploration permit upon grant of mineral development licence or mining lease)

(1) Section 177, heading, before 'mineral'—

insert—

'mining claim,'.

(2) Section 177, 'a mineral'—

omit, insert—

'a mining claim, mineral'.
