(1) Section 2, definition occupier, paragraph (a), 'Act, or, for freehold land,'—

omit, insert—

'Act or'.

(2) Section 2, definition occupier, paragraph (b), 'an occupier'—

omit, insert—

'an owner of the place or another occupier'.
