MINING AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2013 No. 10 - SECT 174
174 Amendment of s 135 (Notice to unsuccessful tenderers)
Section 135—
insert—
'(2) Subject to sections 131(4) and 845(5), the
Minister must refund any tender security given by the tenderer.'.
