MINING AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2013 No. 10 - SECT 183
183 Amendment of s 426 (Public road authority's obligations in aligning pipeline on road)
Section 426(a), after 'pipeline'—
insert—
'and infrastructure proposed
to be constructed in the carrying out of a stated pipeline licence incidental
activity for the pipeline'.
