42 Amendment of sch 2 (Dictionary)

(1) Schedule 2, definition occupier, paragraph (a), 'Act, or, for freehold land,'—

omit, insert—

'Act or'.

(2) Schedule 2, definition occupier, paragraph (b), 'by a person'—

omit, insert—

'by an owner of the place or another person'.
