Seizing evidence at a place that may be entered without consent or warrant
161 Seizing evidence at a place that may be entered without consent or warrant
An inspector who enters a place under this Act without the consent of an
occupier of the place and without a warrant may seize a thing at the place if
the inspector reasonably suspects the thing is evidence of an offence against
this Act.
